  1. Can’t stand when a company says we both have to be there. I had Power Windows come over when we had our 1+ year old. Of course the baby didn’t want to sit and listen to him and my wife didn’t want to be there. He keep saying, just a little longer, etc. The sales process is terrible. Any of those companies that want both of us there I tell them to pound sand because my wife could care less about windows.

Ha, they’re a little notorious in the window business. Glad you made it out alive!

  2. Window Shopper says:

Do you have suggestions about the installation process? I have watched Youtube videos. Some show installers injecting foam between shims on both interior and again on exterior. Some just caulk both sides.

It depends on the specifics of your installation. Many people are using foam now, but sometimes the gaps are too small. Find a great installation company and they’ll be able to show you the best way.
