What about the Ellison window warranty?

The warranty for Ellison replacement windows is pretty solid and very similar to other replacement window warranties. It’s a lifetime warranty that also covers accidental glass breakage for as long as you own the house.

The warranty is transferable one time but you must notify Ellison that the house sold within 30 days or you lose all warranty coverage.

If you don’t live in the house or if the windows are installed in a commercial property the warranty is only 10 years. That can be an important distinction for a landlord.
