We found Zen Windows through your site, and I wanted to THANK YOU! We have new windows in our 1911 St. Louis home and we couldn’t be happier! Dennis and Rhonda and Eddie Delivered!! I filled out their contact form, approved text and email for communication, and we received automated follow up immediately. We asked multiple further questions on the original quote and they responded in timely manner. The value was too good to pass up or put off! We considered the offer a couple of weeks with no harrassment/calls/prodding, etc. Once we decided to move forward, Adam came by on an arranged time and day and measured the windows. The windows were then ordered after Dennis called to verbally confirm the details in the signed agreement. We were told an estimated 6-8 weeks to install and requested a specific day of the week that we are home for.
