I am looking to replace 12 wiwndows. 3 are have arches. I was quoted 8000 for Window World, 4000 series. I am not impressed with the windows. I am looking for better quality without a massive markup.

I am looking to replace 12 windows in a house I am rehabbing for sale here in Pittsburgh, PA. Unfortunately, when I called my local Windows Universe branch I was told that for the time being they are not selling to investors, only to owner occupants. Do you know if this is a national company decision or just a local decision? I have not yet selected a provider for the windows but need to act soon, and was hoping to see how Window Universe would stack up, and was surprised they would turn down the opportunity to sell 12 windows.

Hi Steve, I think you may have called the wrong company. There are a couple with similar names. You can request a quote from Window Universe in this section, just click through to Pittsburgh. It doesn’t make a difference to us if you live in the house or not. Or just send me an email and I’ll be happy to help out.
